(GEIB) Global Enforcement & Intelligence Bureau

A Sovereign Oversight, Protection & Integrity Institution

The Global Enforcement & Intelligence Bureau (GEIB) operates as a sovereign enforcement, protection, and integrity institution established under the authority of the Sharakhi Indigenous Tribal Nation (SITN). GEIB exists to safeguard Indigenous rights, protect against systemic corruption, and preserve lawful order through investigative, oversight, and protective functions rooted in ancestral law, faith-based authority, and ethical governance.

GEIB is structured as a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based religious trust, operating independently in accordance with its charter and sacred mission. Its mandate is grounded in the protection of truth, justice, and the lawful continuity of Indigenous governance, rather than commercial activity or political power.

Mission & Scope of Authority

GEIB’s mission is to identify, document, and respond to serious misconduct and systemic violations, including:

  • Government corruption and abuse of authority

  • Corporate and financial institution misconduct

  • Fraud, financial crimes, and deceptive practices

  • Treaty violations and historical non-compliance

  • Commercial disputes and lawful lien enforcement under applicable frameworks

GEIB functions as a protective and investigative body, preserving evidence, conducting audits and inquiries, and supporting lawful remedies through appropriate jurisdictions and processes.

Emergency Response & Humanitarian Support

GEIB maintains internal emergency and humanitarian response capabilities focused on life safety, disaster response, and community support. These efforts are coordinated through specialized divisions trained to respond during emergencies and humanitarian crises.

Activities may include:

  • Disaster response coordination

  • Humanitarian aid delivery (food, water, medical supplies)

  • Search, rescue, and recovery support

  • Emergency logistics and communication assistance

All humanitarian operations are conducted with respect for local authorities, communities, and international humanitarian principles.

(GEIB IPD) International Police & Investigative Division

The GEIB International Police Division serves as an investigative and protective arm focused on lawful oversight, audits, and integrity reviews. This division conducts:

  • Independent investigations into misconduct and corruption

  • Financial and operational audits

  • Documentation and evidence preservation

  • Protective presence for lawful sites, private property, and Indigenous lands where invited or authorized

This division does not operate as a for-hire commercial police service, but as a sovereign investigative institution acting within its chartered mandate.

Anti-Corruption & Integrity Oversight

GEIB maintains dedicated anti-corruption units tasked with identifying and documenting systemic abuse, fraud, and unethical conduct across public and private sectors. These units focus on:

  • Financial transparency and accountability

  • Detection of fraud and deceptive practices

  • Preservation of evidentiary records

  • Support for lawful corrective action through appropriate forums

The emphasis is on exposure, documentation, and remediation, not coercion.

Public Safety & Risk Preparedness

GEIB supports public safety through risk assessment, prevention planning, and preparedness guidance, including:

  • Fire safety and emergency preparedness coordination

  • Disaster planning and continuity support

  • Community safety assessments

  • Traffic and public safety coordination during events or emergencies

These functions exist to reduce harm and improve readiness, not to replace local emergency services.

Correctional & Custodial Facilities

GEIB maintains custodial and holding facilities only for lawful detention associated with adjudicated matters, operating under strict ethical, humanitarian, and legal standards. These facilities are not punitive in nature and exist solely to support lawful processes.

GEIB Subdivisions & Institutional Structure

GEIB operates through approximately twenty specialized subdivisions, each functioning independently while aligned with the Bureau’s overarching mission. These subdivisions address areas such as:

  • Investigations and audits

  • Cybersecurity and digital integrity

  • Technology and infrastructure research

  • Agriculture, food security, and sustainability

  • Science, engineering, and aerospace studies

  • Education, artificial intelligence, and knowledge preservation

  • Ancient knowledge systems and cultural research

Where required for administrative recognition or employment purposes, certain subdivisions may be registered within U.S. jurisdictions. Such registrations do not alter GEIB’s sovereign character or mission.

Institutional Integrity & Non-Commercial Status

GEIB does not operate as a commercial enterprise, does not offer consulting-for-hire services, and does not engage in private contracting. Its purpose is institutional protection, oversight, and service to truth, justice, and continuity.

All activities are conducted in alignment with:

  • Faith-based authority

  • Ethical governance

  • Non-commercial operation

  • Respect for human dignity and life

Closing Statement

The Global Enforcement & Intelligence Bureau exists to protect integrity where systems fail, preserve truth where records are obscured, and serve as a guardian institution operating between law, history, and conscience.

GEIB’s mission is not domination, but protection.

Not force, but accountability.
Not control, but continuity.
